Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will be refunded in full.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but the consultation may be rescheduled.

DLZ Waiting List
No payment is taken when joining the waiting list.
Payment is only required once a place becomes available.
